This paper suggests a specification for dark matter and an explanation for dark energy. This paper features two key hypotheses. First, this paper assumes that nature includes six isomers of most elementary particles. Five of the six isomers associate with dark matter. Second, this paper assumes that multipole expansions can prove useful regarding gravity. Some terms in the expansions associate with gravitational attraction. Some terms associate with dilution of attraction. Dilution can associate with mutual repulsion between objects and with dark energy. This paper suggests that those two assumptions lead to explanations for data that pertain to the rate of expansion of the universe, the formation of galaxies, and other aspects of cosmology and astrophysics.

After compensation for phase modulation and frequency drift, the pulsar's GW can be detected in the records of all three interferometers. The signatures agree with the known values measured with electromagnetic waves.

To demonstrate the law of universal gravitation, Newton started from a system of two bodies, the sun and a planet. In addition, he considered the sun to be at rest, and yet, according to the third law, it must be accelerated by the force exerted on it by the planet. In this article, the acceleration of the planet is recalculated, considering the center of mass of the two bodies at rest, using today's math tools.

Frequency distributions of the spectrum of hydrogen and hydrogen-like elements help to determine the most probable excited elements spectral radio lines in outer space. Based on the geometrodynamic concept of J. Wheeler, the reason for the appearance of recombination radio lines is explained, and the background cosmic radiation maximum nature is established. The hydrogen atom limiting quantum number is calculated. It has been established that the wavelength during proton-electron recombination at the limiting quantum level coincides with the known 21 cm cold atomic hydrogen wavelength.

An alternate scenario of Dr. Kevin Walsh’s Grand Tack Hypothesis of early Solar System formation is presented focusing primarily on resolving the many as yet unanswered questions regarding the observed anomalous aspects of Mercury by hypothesizing if Mercury was once a Hot Jupiter.

Propellantless gravity assisted acceleration is a well known phenomena and has been practically used in spaceflight (e.g. Luna-3 and Voyager probes). However conventional propellantless acceleration in gravity field requires a three-body system. The fact that propellantless acceleration is possible also in two-body systems doesn’t appear to be widely known.
