In 1859 Riemann defined the zeta function ζ(s). From Gamma function he derived the zeta
function with Gamma function ζ-bar(s). ζ-bar(s) and ζ(s) are the two different functions. It is
false that ζ-bar(s) replaces ζ(s). Therefore Riemann hypothesis (RH) is false. The Jiang
function J(ω) can replace RH.

Finally, I have found time to think about, and the incentive to study, how the
field theory of Topological thermodynamics, electrodynamics, and hydrodynamics
can be compared to field theory concepts that have been developed by Lagrangian
methods, for both the classic and quantum mechanical varieties. For more than
30 years I have known that Cartan's topological methods could be applied to
dissipative systems; the methods based on diffeomorphic-invariant Lagrangian
field theories can not. The incentive came when I realized that the topological
methods of Cartan gave dynamical results that can explain "symmetry breaking"
and quantization in terms of continuous topological evolution.

Here I propose that the magnetic field of the earth is produced by the alignment of electrons. Because the earth is rotating, only electron spins that pointing to the north-south direction can maintain their direction relative to the galaxy and relative to other electrons and atoms, so electrons have a tendency to point to north-south direction. This theory/effect is proved by a commercial tool called
gyrocompass.

I have already earlier proposed the explanation of FQHE, anyons, and
fractionization of quantum numbers in terms of hierarchy of Planck
constants realized as a generalization of the imbedding space H = M4 x CP2
to a book like structure. The book like structure applies separately to CP2
and to causal diamonds (CD ⊂ M4) defined as intersections of future and
past directed light-cones. The pages of the Big Book correspond to
singular coverings and factor spaces of CD (CP2) glued along 2-D subspace of
CD (CP2) and are labeled by the values of Planck constants assignable to
CD and CP2 and appearing in Lie algebra commutation relations. The
observed Planck constant h, whose square defines the scale of M4 metric
corresponds to the ratio of these Planck constants. The key observation is
that fractional filling factor results if h is scaled up by a rational number.
In this chapter I try to formulate more precisely this idea. The outcome
is a rather detailed view about anyons on one hand, and about the Kähler
structure of the generalized imbedding space on the other hand.

Radio metric data from the Pioneer 10/11, Galileo and Ulysses spacecraft indicated an anomalous,
constant acceleration acting on them, directed toward the Sun, and a gradual growth of
the radio signal frequency emitted by the receding transmitter. The reported odd acceleration
of Pioneer 10 with a magnitude ~8.5 x 10-10 m/s2 can be explained by an induced gravitational
interaction on the S-band signals traveling between the probe and the Earth, arising from the
electromagnetic properties of the outer Solar System vacuum zero-point radiation interacting
with matter. Their nature is of quantum vacuum origin, and these induced forces act in
addition to ordinary gravitational forces, violating the principle of Equivalence. We suggest a
new physical theory based on a new principle called Compensation as a thinkable explanation
for the non-conventional Pioneer effect. The theory of Relation, which is an alternative to the
inflationist model, postulates that our Universe is made of two antagonistic but
complementary structures. The principle of Compensation contradicts Relativity theory,
predicts such acceleration and is for the electromagnetic spacetime metric what the principle
of Equivalence is for the gravific spacetime metric.

The recent discovery of CDF anomaly suggest the existence of a new long-lived particle
which means a dramatic deviation from standard model. This article summarizes the quantum
model of CDF anomaly. The anomaly is interpreted in terms of production of τ-pions which
can be regarded as pion like bound states of color octet excitations of τ-leptons and
corresponding neutrinos. Colored leptons are one of the basic predictions of TGD distinguishing
it from standard model and for 18 years ago were applied to explain the anomalous
production of electron-positron pairs in heavy ion collisions near Coulomb wall. First it is shown
that the model explains the basic characteristics of the anomaly. Then various alternatives
generalizing the earlier model for electro-pion production are discussed and a general formula
for differential cross section is deduced. Three alternatives inspired by eikonal approximation
generalizing the earlier model inspired by Born approximation to a perturbation series in the
Coulomb interaction potential of the colliding charges. The requirement of manifest
relativistic invariance for the formula of differential cross section leaves only two options, call them I
and II. The production cross section for τ-pion is estimated and found to be consistent with
the reported cross section of order 100 pb for option I using same energy cutoff for lepto-pions
as in the model for electro-pion production. For option II the production cross section is by
several orders of magnitude too small under these assumptions. Since the model involves only
fundamental coupling constants, the result can be regarded as a further success of the τ-pion
model of CDF anomaly. Analytic expressions for the production amplitude are deduced in
the Appendix as a Fourier transform for the inner product of the non-orthogonal magnetic
and electric fields of the colliding charges in various kinematical situations. This allows to
reduce numerical integrations to an integral over the phase space of lepto-pion and gives a
tight analytic control over the numerics.
