I have conducted n-body simulations of a model universe. Initial conditions include a uniform mix of 4 types of particle: positive and negative charge and positive and negative mass. A "cold collapse" scenario is used, except that only parts of the model collapse, the rest expands. I contend that this is compatible with the known universe and a viable solution to the Dark Energy puzzle. Also discussed is a possible solution to the Dark Matter puzzle. This relies on the self-attractive effects of negative mass.
